Bob Adam


Bob has more than 30 years experience in mine planning, operations and project management working in Africa, Australia and India. He has been involved in projects in Guinea since 1996 and joined AMC in November 2006

Bob has held senior roles with BHP Billiton and Golder Associates and has been involved in bauxite projects in India and Australia. He is a corporate member of the AusIMM, The IMMM, and CEng.

Bronwyn Barnes


Bronwyn has more than 15 years experience in the minerals and petroleum industries and specialises in strategic planning, commercial negotiations, regional infrastructure negotiation and organisational development.

Prior to joining AMC, Bronwyn was the Managing Director of Integra Management Consultants from 2009-2011. Bronwyn has previously worked for Graynic Metals, BHP Billiton Nickel West, WMC Resources Ltd and a range of other mining and petroleum related companies in a variety of senior executive roles.

Mark Gifford


Mark has over 25 years of experience as a geologist and has been with the Koumbia Project since 2010. Having worked and managed Mineral Sands, Manganese, and lateritic Nickel operations throughout Australia and Asia he brings a significant amount of operational and geological understanding of the processes involved with lateritic deposits. He is currently working as the geological consultant for the Koumbia project and provides significant liaison between the various engineering and technical groups involved.

 Shannon Green


Shannon is responsible for the detailed engineering studies and the project implementation plan.  Shannon was the General Manager – Operations for Polaris Metals where he led the development of a greenfield iron ore operation into production. Shannon has previously worked for Rio Tinto, Goldfields, WMC and several junior exploration companies in senior operations management and project development roles.

Morgan Le Moustarder


Morgan is responsible for in country operations in Guinea including logistics, contractor management and over responsibility for management of AMC’s Conakry office.  Prior to joining AMC Morgan was the Operations Manager for logistics company UMS for 6 years where he was in charge of Operations, Quality, Safety and Contracts. Morgan has a long history of working in Africa including Guinea for international NGO’s and the European Commission as Project Manager of Health and Community development programs.
