The team is qualified and well-connected in the resources, engineering and investment banking sectors.
Key team members have demonstrated experience in project management and resource development projects in Africa and Australia as well as well-established relationships with the Guinean Government and a strong understanding of in-country processes.
Peter has been involved in the management of resource companies for over 20 years. He has specialised in providing strategic corporate, financial and investment advice to companies principally in the resource sector. He has served as a Director for numerous listed and unlisted companies and been closely involved with their development.
Paul is an experienced company director with in excess of 25 years’ experience in the mining industry. He was a founding director, shareholder and former Executive Chairman of Murchison Metals and co-founder of Extract Resources and Ascot Resources. Paul is an experienced mining executive and well connected into the equity / capital and debt markets.
Brad has been involved in international finance, banking and investment management for more than 20 years with specific experience in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Trygve has extensive experience throughout West Africa, particularly in Guinea, Ghana, and Mauritania. For the last 30 years he has been active in the private sector, promoting mineral resource projects in Guinea and West Africa. Trygve brings experience and expertise to AMC that has been accrued from a successful career working in a range of consulting and management capacities.
Michael has over 20 years of industry experience largely in Southern Africa and Australia. Michael is currently a Non-Executive Director of Hot Chili Limited and an alternative Director of Finders Resources Limited.
Jacqueline joined RCF in 2012 after working in business analysis and improvement roles with BHP Billiton. Jacqueline holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a bachelor of geological engineering from RMIT University.
Carlo co-founded AMED Funds, the PE group focussed on mining investments in Africa, in 2011, after a career which over 30 years saw him in strategic consulting, PE owned telecoms ventures, investment banking and, in 2005, launching a PE fund of funds. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
