AMC Community Relations

Community Relations is fundamental to the way AMC conducts its business and during the life of its involvement in Guinea, AMC aspires to create strong relationships and opportunities to work with their local communities, forming enduring partnerships in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

AMC Community Relations activities ensure social impacts, risks and opportunities for the Project are identified as well as an effective community engagement through disclosure of project-related information. Consultation is undertaken with local communities on matters that directly affect them in a “best-practice” environment.

Governance process and management systems meeting the International Finance Corporation Standards will be implemented and adopted as a way of doing business for AMC.
